DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing any digital product, course, membership, or service (collectively, the "Product") through this Flodesk store, you ("You," "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Digital Product License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE GRANT

2.1 Limited License. Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, Forgiveness+ LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licenseto access and use the Product solely for your personal, non-commercial, self-improvement, and educational use.

2.2 Access Duration.

• E-Books & Guides: Perpetual access to the downloaded files.
• Courses & Programs: Access for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
• Memberships: Access for the duration of the active subscription. "Lifetime Access" is defined as the lifetime of the Forgiveness+ platform. If the platform ceases operations, we reserve the right to provide a final download window of 90 days.

2.3 No Ownership Transfer. You are purchasing a license to use, not the Product itself. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Forgiveness+ LLC.

3. STRICT PROHIBITED USES

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Commercial Exploitation: Teach, instruct, coach, train, or facilitate workshops using the Product's curriculum, frameworks, or content. Use the Product to create commercial services or training programs.
• Distribution & Sharing: Resell, lease, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Product (or any part of it) to any third party. This includes:
  • Sharing login credentials or account access.
  • Uploading files (PDFs, videos, audio) to cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), file-sharing sites, or public websites.
  • Sending files via email to others who have not purchased the Product.
• Derivative Works: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Product.
• AI Training: You may not use the content of the Product to train artificial intelligence models, large language models, or machine learning algorithms.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Ownership. The Product is the sole property of Forgiveness+ LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4.2 Trademarks. You acknowledge the following trademarks as the exclusive property of Forgiveness+ LLC: FORGIVENESS+, THE CORTISOL CLEANSE, THE CORTISOL TRIGGER TRACKER, SHOWING YOURSELF GRACE, GRACE NOT GRIND, THE GRACE COMPASS, and WHERE GRACE MEETS GROWTH. 4.3 Infringement. Violation of these IP rights constitutes a material breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, seek damages, and obtain injunctions against infringers.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY & TERMINATION

5.1 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 5.2 Termination. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Product and the Flodesk platform if you violate these Terms (e.g., sharing credentials, commercial use, redistribution). Termination will occur without refund.

6.1 Not Medical Advice. The content provided (including The Cortisol Cleanse, somatic exercises, and nutrition guides) is for educational and informational purposes only. 8. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, & CHARGEBACKS

8.1 Payment Authorization. By purchasing, you authorize Flodesk and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your card for the total amount. 8.2 Refund Policy.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless a specific guarantee (e.g., 30-day money-back) is explicitly stated on the product page.
• Physical Products: Custom print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. 8.3 Chargebacks. Attempting a chargeback without first contacting us to request a refund is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to:
• Immediately revoke access to all Products.
• Forfeit any bonuses or future access.
• Pursue legal action for the full amount plus fees.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgiveness+ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. 10.2 Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
